When the feminine approach sneaks into the C-Suite, the "impossible" happens

Meet a man who makes high-level men admit to emotion!

You can tell that I am excited about this guy - certainly not a woman - and it is because he made a great shift and now sees the world in ways that incorporate the feminine which means the creative, the emotional, the communicative.

As I say in the interview, “VERY EXCITING!”

Blaine is onto something so big.

See, one of the cardinal “sins” of being “feminine” - whether a woman or a man - is that of showing that you are having emotions.

You are supposed to seem dispassionate and rational - more machine than human.

But Blaine Millett goes into the C-Suite boardrooms and initiates the realization AND the appreciation - from a Marketing perspective at the very least (a NICE open door!) - of emotion’s place in business.

For this I love him. His balance of masculine and feminine perspective is what will bring new and healthy behaviors and results into our workplaces. And that is so long overdue!

Blaine is amazing. Give this talk a listen. You can also see it on YouTube if you would prefer. He is absolutely not what you would visually expect as the type to get away with getting big C-Suite Executives to listen up!
