"She Power" is IMMENSE - When will you take yours?
Beyond politics, religions and other patriarchal "shoulds" lies our TRUE power
“There’s something happening here. What it is ain’t exactly clear.”
Truer words have never been sung. Those words were penned and sung during a time of great social rebellion: 1967. But the rebellion didn’t “take”. Neither did feminism’s resounding “no” to the patriarchy.
The system prevailed through many of these efforts at redefinition.
Corporations remained toxic and masculine-only. The social system of top-down control remained seen as “powerful” and worthy of freeze-inducing fear. All of us saw the world around us as immovable, unchangeable, bigger than we are. We fought, and we won a few battles and lost a lot of wars. Big money created and recreated and continues to try to buoy up the system that feeds their bottomless pit souls, and we gave up fighting it - if we ever tried to begin with - because it felt, and truly was, too much for us to take on when what most of us were trying to do was to survive, love, be good people, raise children, be good friends, and live lives of meaning.
In this time of utter and complete lack of compassion, when we are struck almost dumb with disbelief at the depth of depravity, greed and soullessness trying to place its greasy thumb on our collective necks to grind us into a gray-colored collective of slaves, we actually have all of the power we could ever need, and it has fuck-all to do with using money for toxic control of others. And it’s time to discover and use that power. NOW.
It’s in the feminine
The feminine. Emotion. Community-mindedness. Easing into things instead of breaking them the fuck apart. Developing ideas, people, possibilities - instead of breaking people to make them into food for the billionaire greed-maintaining machine (and yes, I am thinking about The Matrix).
The feminine is where your power lies, but you have to go get it. And before you get it, you have to WANT to get it. You have to see that the fight-or-surrender model doesn’t work for us. It’s not where the entire fight needs to be fought.
Sure, we can and should take to the streets and march and say “no” and make the calls and do all the things we can think to do to collectively say ‘NO’! But the point is that we have to embrace the feminine to make this work!
We have to march TOGETHER - which we’ve started doing and doing WELL! And we have to use our physical efforts for communicating with others who have no idea that we are out here, alive, important, and being the stone from which they want to draw their blood.
Surprise! We don’t have any more blood to offer you, you morons. Again and again and again I am reminded of Ammachi’s story about the man living in the penthouse apartment who is approached by a frantic friend who says, “There’s a FIRE on the ground floor of the building!” The penthouse man says, “What does that have to do with me? I don’t live down there.”
That’s what we’re watching in this country. And it’s freaking us all the way out.
We can be less freaked out if we understand that there is something within each of us that is so damn powerful, no amount of money nor control nor cruelty can stand against it. But we have to activate it.
As I type that, I can suddenly smell the scent of Nag Champa incense. It reminds me of Amma all over again. And understand this: I don’t have any incense burning in my apartment.
We are ENERGY! For so long we have kept any power, any of our own divinity so far away from us. This lie of “I’m only human” has kept us comfortable with our imagined limitations when in reality we have none. At all. We are multi-dimensional energy. And we can do, be, and have - we have the ability to activate - anything that we focus on.
What holds each of us back from walking into that, today?
The answers are individual, but I can name a few that are universal:
We simply don’t believe it
We have bought the “I’m incapable” lie, or the “I’m not worthy” lie
We have decided that not only do we “not know how”, we CAN’T know how - another huge and filthy lie
We haven’t had an experience that has ever given us that insight in a way that makes us hungry for more
It’s feminine, this power. The pathways to embracing this power are all feminine as well. They have been submerged for millenia. They are also starting to literally come out of the ground - tomes of spiritual truths from those millenia ago. And we are all starting to talk more and more about these so-called “woo woo” ideas which are in fact our human history.
And here we are in what I - and others - believe to be the greatest evolutionary time in human history. This is a time of incredible awakening; not only an awakening to the soullessness that hurts people and ignores burning first floors while living on the top floor that will soon topple, but an awakening to who we truly are. We are limitless energy centers of heartful consciousness. We have no idea who we truly are, experientially. But we do know who we are not: we are not those who have lived in a system which has at all honored the feminine.
As I watch video after video about all of the feminine historical truths that have been submerged by The Vatican, by religions around the world, by the patriarchal control systems that fear the uncontrollable, the communal feminine, the direct communion with divinity instead of placing our sovereign power - our she power - into the hands of men who just want control and financial might, I become increasingly and deeply convinced that the freedom we seek isn’t just from Dumptruck and his Minions in Washington.
We seek the freedom within ourselves to be our powerful selves.
We seek the freedom to BE who we truly are: our limitless selves.
We seek the ability to change the entire landscape with our vision, our hearts, our knowledge of what is right and what just ISN’T! And we CAN!!!
Imagine that. Imagine what you could do, explore, and become if you weren’t so damn busy fighting the external bullshit of the day. Understand me, please: I am not saying to stop fighting injustice. But maybe you could take a few minutes every day to grow your power.
Because when you use your emotional energy and your consciousness settings to be deliberate and rising and lighter - and when you start looking to the positive outcome you can be a part of building, even if you don’t know right this hot minute what that building is going to look like - you are EXERCISING YOUR POWER!
You see it in your life first. Then you see it in others’. Then you do it WITH others. And then we simply stand up in our millions, and in our great silent determination - in that great silent, but vibrationally MASSIVE, “NO” - something happens. And they stop. They are taken out by one another. Their overreach topples them. And we have to do nothing but stand there, feeling, having, and being that solid NO.
Forget being a “good” person as your measurement of your worth. You are already that. Now what you have to be is angry enough, powerful enough, hurt enough, to look at where your power truly lies and start to do some real seeking - not for more security, but for more aliveness, sovereignty, and an understanding of how the feminine is the true birthplace of all that we want as change in our country and our world.
You are not “only human”. You are the birthplace of all that is divine. And it’s time to wake up now, realize that you’ve been pregnant for a seriously long time, and get to be and know that inner mother.
She’s rising. And she’s you.
